Can I cancel?
Cancellations and refunds are handled by the agency that runs your bus. Contact the agency with your booking reference.
How do I find my ticket again?
Your ticket opens on screen as soon as the payment clears, and we send it by SMS. If you close the page, open My tickets and enter your booking reference and phone number.
