The rules for
booking with TEASE.

TEASE is an online service for booking bus tickets in Cameroon, published by Dream Tech. The buses are run by independent transport agencies. TEASE sells tickets on their behalf and is not a transport company.

You can search and book without an account. You must give your name and a phone number you use, because your phone number and booking reference are how your ticket is found.

A guest can book up to 3 seats per booking and have up to 2 upcoming trips. An account removes those limits.

The agency, date, departure time, boarding agence, seats and total price are shown before you pay. A ticket is issued once the payment is confirmed. Each seat has its own ticket with a QR code, which the agency checks at boarding.

You pay with MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, and you approve each payment on your own phone. If a payment is confirmed after your seat hold has ended, you are given another free seat on the same bus, or a refund where the bus is full.

Tickets cannot be cancelled on TEASE. Cancellations, changes and refunds are decided by the agency that runs the bus, under its own policy. Contact the agency with your booking reference.

The journey itself, including the departure time, the bus, luggage and conduct on board, is the responsibility of the agency.
