Do I need an account?
No. Your name and phone number are enough to book. You can find your ticket again with the booking reference and that number.
How do I pay?
With MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. A request appears on your phone and you approve it with your own PIN. Nobody from TEASE or the agency will ever ask you for it.
Can I cancel?
Cancellations and refunds are handled by the agency that runs your bus. Contact the agency with your booking reference.
Where do I board?
At the agency’s agence shown on your trip and on your ticket. Arrive early and show the code on your ticket at the door.
